Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Boundlia Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Boundlia", "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Any Boundlia product or service will have its own privacy terms.
Who we are
The website is operated by Boundlia Inc., a Delaware corporation, [Business address, to be confirmed]. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us and the minimum needed to run the site:
- Design partner applications: your name, work email, organization, what you build, and where your AI needs a boundary.
- Investor briefing requests: your name, email, firm and message.
- Contact messages, when a contact form is available: the details you enter.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to operate and secure the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and the site loads no third-party scripts. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own servers.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your design partner application or briefing request, and to follow up about a possible partnership or investment conversation.
- To understand demand for what we are building, in aggregate.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases
Where the EU or UK GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies, we rely on: steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (reviewing your application), our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and developing our business, and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
International transfers
Our team works from Türkiye, Europe and the United States, and the site is hosted in the United States. Where personal information moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep design partner applications and messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a partnership requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Children
This website is intended for businesses, developers, schools, publishers and investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also request details of the categories of information we hold. To make a request, contact us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, security headers and access controls to protect the site and the information you send. No system is free of risk, so please do not send us sensitive information through the site.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
